Back in Middle School, we all tried our best to fit in with everyone else.
Peer pressure sucks… and woe be the kid who tried to stand out from the crowd.
But now we’re all grown up — most of us anyway — and with a business and career to manage, the tables have turned.
You see, in order to be really successful, you have to stand out from the crowd.
Try telling that to your 14-year-old self.
What Makes You Unique?
In the world of business, it’s called your Unique Selling Proposition. What is it you do better than any of your competitors?
Do you clean houses? How do you do it the best?
Do you do landscaping? What makes you the best value for your customers?
Are you a social media expert? Why should someone hire you over the next person?
Sit down for 10 minutes and make a list of all your strengths. Then after you have your list… turn those strengths into demonstrable benefits you can use to PROVE to your prospects why you’re the answer to her problems.
Be different… this isn’t Middle School anymore.
Tell the world HOW you’re different. Your business will be better. I promise.
